How does tailor-made support work?
Every trip starts with a conversation with the Andeor team. We shape the itinerary around who is travelling, the season, local timing, activity level, stays and the people on the ground who make each day work. Then we refine it with you before anything is confirmed.
How do I start planning with the local team?
Start from a journey, a theme, or the Plan Trip form. Once we receive your request, we review it and come back with the right next step: a suggested itinerary, a few clarifying questions, or a call if that is more useful.
Can I book a dedicated concierge during my stay?
Yes. My Concierge is the Andeor Travels support layer for guests who already have a stay and want a dedicated local contact during their Mauritius days. It starts from Rs. 3,500 per day and is especially useful for villas, private stays, families and travellers who want help with tours, transfers, restaurants and day-by-day changes.
Is payment secure? What support is included?
Payments are handled through the platform with clear pricing before confirmation. We stay involved before and during the trip for partner coordination, daily timing, weather adjustments and practical questions. For partner-operated experiences, details are checked with the partner before final confirmation.
